Located within the Molino de agua park, an ideal place to take a long walk and lose yourself in the dunes.
The park is fully prepared with trails and cobblestone paths along which you can walk through its entire length, sitting from time to time on the benches scattered throughout the park to enjoy its flora and fauna, or enjoy a picnic under the shade of its pines in its many picnic areas. It has a great variety of wild singing birds and pairs of squirrels that live in the abundant trees.
The main square of the Molino del agua park occupies an area of 5,000 square metres and its uniqueness lies in an old windmill reconstructed exactly like the ones used in Torrevieja in the 19th century to grind grain and salt. From the main entrance to the park we can find the path that runs alongside the stream and leads to a beautiful large artificial lake that has a large jet of water that reaches several metres in height.
From this path we can enter the deepest part of the park where we will find several paths that will let us get lost in it or even reach the shore of the beach. In the part closest to the beach is the promenade, a beautiful wooden walkway that runs along the entire width of the park with small slopes that let us enjoy the spectacular protected landscape of its dunes on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other.
